Membership Dues

There are few options when it comes to paying your membership dues. All dues are to be paid no later than April 31st of each year. If you would prefer to pay these monthly, Just contact Glenn Godbey here Glenn@BlueJayRA.com and he will get you all set up. Failure to pay you dues on time can result in late fees

1) Physical Payment
You can directly drop off your dues to Glenn Godbey, our treasurer.

2) By Mail
You can mail the dues with the envelope provided to you each April. Cash, check or money order made out to Blue Jay Recreation Area. Send these to BLUE JAY RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. 100 Lake Road, Daniels, WV 25832-9709

3) Electronic Payment
You can save yourself the trouble and pay online via PayPal.

If you would like to access our Member HOA Handbook,
Click Here for the online version in PDF format. The handbook contains all of the information you may need to understand the rules and regulations of our small community. Each member is provided with this handbook, and is required to read it prior to their Membership application being processed.

If you would like an additional hard-copy of this handbook, We can provide it to you at no cost.

Gate Keys and PIN codes.

If you are a new member and have not received your Gate Card or Key FOB, Contact Jace@BlueJayRA.com and a Gate Card will be issued for each Vehicle / Driver.

If you lost your Gate Cards, you can request a replacement for a $25 fee.

If you would like addition Gate Card or Key FOB, you can request these for a $25 fee.

If you would like a personalized 6 digit PIN code to allow access thru our gate without a gate key, A $25 fee will added to your membership fee. The PIN code will work for 1 year, and must be renewed each year you wish to keep it. This helps us to clear old codes and prevent unwanted people using old PINs.
